	Join us for a deeply spiritual and physically balancing yoga practice every Thursday morning, conducted by Cristina Magick Yoga.  This class is open to everyone regardless of age, experience, or background. We begin with centering breathwork to ground ourselves, followed by a gentle warm-up to awaken the body. Flowing sequences will build strength and flexibility, leading into deep stretches to release tension. We close with a magick meditation focused on chakra alignment, bringing harmony to mind, body, and spirit.  Come as you are and leave feeling refreshed, centered, and connected.   You will leave transformed, vibrating, and fully released and at peace.

	Cristina Magick Yoga
	My name is Cristina and I am a Yoga Teacher from Spain, living in East London for the last ten years. I am a fully qualified and insured Yoga teacher, and I teach Traditional Yoga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, meditation and mat Pilates classes to all ages, genders and levels. I love sharing the incredible benefits of Yoga with everybody, and teaching people how to connect with their minds, body and spirits In the last year, I have been working in many different places teaching,  gyms, yoga and Pilates studios and also schools and nurseries  I am very passionate about what I do, and this is something that shines through my practices and teachings. Come along to Woodford Spiritualist Church and join me in a class, I look forward to meeting you.
